Volvo has the most satisfied car customers

The Swedish automaker Volvo Car Germany has the most satisfied customers. This was a study of U.S. market research company JD Power and Associates for the outcome of 2011. Second place went to Mercedes, followed by Mazda, Mini, and Honda. In the evaluation of individual car models in the best section of the Mazda3, which was also a class winner in the category of lower middle class.
Researchers from the U.S. market and the magazine “Auto Test” announced on Friday the results of “Study of Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction” (VOSS). In the study were the initiators of more than 17 000 German car owners who drive their cars involved for at least two years. In the online survey, indicated how satisfied they are with their vehicles and dealers. More than 100 models of nearly 40 brands were included.
In the individual segments were the following models emerged victorious from the satisfaction survey: Fiat 500 (small car), the Mazda2 (small car), the Mazda3 (lower middle class), Honda Accord (middle class), Mercedes C-Class ( upper class), Mercedes E-Class (upper class), Ford S-Max (trucks) and the Mercedes M-class (SUV).
In total, the German car owners are not as satisfied with their cars than ever last year, said JD Power and Associates. The owners were angry, especially about problems with the heating, ventilation and air conditioning of their vehicles.
