Cadillac CTS Coupe

Cadillac has already impressed us with the CTS sedan and high-powered CTS-V, now the CTS is back with a sport-tuned suspension, a slimmer profile, and two less doors. With looks that kill, and a full 2 inches wider track than the sedan, makes the 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe trim sporty pretense, and the premium it packs an impressive cabin tech package.
From the B-pillar on the rear bumper, the CTS Coupe will be different from his four-door stablemate with a capacity of sloping roofline and rear window so steep that you would be forgiven if you mistook the coupe for a lift back. The Coupé is the profile so much with his thick C-pillars and aggressive angle through the side windows, that it is able to make due without excess wrinkles and side planks, which you created in the pages of many modern cars.
To emphasize the coupe plate bias, Cadillac designers and engineers have also been, as you go without handles shown on doors. Instead of the standard lift-and-pull door handles, the CTS coupe has a finger-size hole where the door meets the body, behind it lies a key that activates the standard Smart Key entry system. The result sees both and feels quite smooth, but very few fingerprints on black color of the Coupe’s cause of confused passengers. In the cabin is the handle-less theme with little thumb buttons on the doors, the doors repeatedly trigger open. “In the event of an emergency (like an empty battery), the open CTS coupe yet from the inside with a pair of clearly marked emergency attacks in the footwell.
Although we would certainly more impressed with the CTS-V 556-hp supercharged engine V-8 under the hood, our standard CTS 3.6-liter, direct-injected V-6-304 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque was more than adequate for the kind of quick squirts of the power that goes for on-ramp and stop light shooting. Torque flows through a six-speed automatic transmission with sport and manual modes before reaching the street from the rear or all four wheels, ours was a rear-wheel-driven model.

Cabin technology in the 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe is generally quite good. Potential buyers are given the opportunity, three trim levels given. The base coupe is pretty feature-blank to move the performance trim level has created a range of optional cabin tech options, and the premium model – our best as a trim level – makes most of the standard CTS Coupe options.
